Physical Education 10 

Physical Education 10 focuses on developing students’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes for maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. The course emphasizes physical fitness, movement competence, personal health, and the social and emotional benefits of physical activity.

This course encourages students to apply skills and knowledge to maintain lifelong health, make informed lifestyle choices, and participate confidently in physical activity.

Physical Education 10 is a graduation requirement.


Physical Education 10 (3 credits)

This is a co-ed classroom.


Physical Education 10 (5 credits)

Classes are taught in boys only and girls only classes.
